Isobaric Keg Beer Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine Linear Rinsing Type
General information
We used the linear type bottle rinser. It is made basing on the 5 gallon machine. There are several washing steps of this washing machine. For example, the alkaline water, detergent water, recycling water, pure water etc. The washing steps can be designed basing on the final requirement.
After filling, the beer kegs will be automatically load on the conveyor, then going to beer filling and capping unit which is monoblock 2 in 1 filling machine. That means the filling and the capping machine in one unit.
Features
- The beer valves are the professional beer filling valves;
- There are multi steps of washing; the washing step can be customized;
- The filling valve will have two times of CO2 injection;
- The beer inlet will adopt the diaphragm pump which will not make the foam;
- The capping part will rotate along with the cam;
- All the bushed use the IGUS which is free lubrication;
